Introduction: I am great with pets and am willing to dog sit or cat sit. I will walk the dog regularly, and wash and groom them regularly. House sitting, cleaning, and lawn care are my specialties. I am a very trustworthy person. I have references to back it up. I can house sit when needed, and you are guaranteed to come home to a safe, clean house, exactly how you left it. If you are in need of babysitting, it is easy with my partner in my business, Emily Farris, a 19-year-old female experienced with children from 5 years and up. Prices are negotiated. Cleaning is my profession. If it's dirty, Cody's bound to clean it. I am a Caucasian male, 22 years old and very active and trustworthy. I have references to back it up. I am hardworking and open-minded. As to pay, I will work for very ridiculously cheap prices. It must be agreed upon before the job is done. Lawn care is another one of my professions. I can mow yards (front and back), water plants, trim trees/bushes/shrubs, weed eat and blow sidewalks -- all for a cheap price that can be negotiated. I'm generally seeking older clients in need of assistance with household chores, but I'm open to any age of client or request. I run a two-person business, and hours will be discussed.
