James scheduled to come see me on a Saturday to look at my yard and see what I wanted done. I’ve tried to get contractors to come to me on a weekend and have not been successful. James was the last person I was trying before I gave up on Thumbtack. He walked in my muddy backyard, with his good shoes, to view what he would be working with. He marked the area with flags so I can really get a visual of the work that is going to be done. The next day he contacted me to come back to home to provide me a quote and go through the parts and labor. He arrived on time (I was late) and reviewed everything with me. Where he is getting the parts and his labor. He even provided pictures of the product and the websites to view the price. I explained to James my budget and we put together a plan so I can everything I want within my budget. I am very excited to be working with James. I definitely recommend James for your outdoor projects. Stay tuned for before and after pictures.
