- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the industry in 2002 then decided to attend Culinary School in 2012. After completing the program, I started working with Legends at AT&T Stadium working in the kitchen there. From there I moved on to Tango Bakery in Garland as I always had an interest in Patisserie & Baking, and then on to Cesar's Tacos in Dallas as I honestly have always had a passion for making delicious Tacos. My Vision was always to one day be able to provide these types of services as I have a true passion for making good food and sharing it with the rest of the world.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done Corporate Caterings, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Backyard Babyshowers, High School Banquets etc. Our setup can be either the Food Truck itself, or a more formal buffet setup without the truck itself.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are fond of all of our projects. Most of the folks we have worked with are repeat customers and all caterings are a pleasure for us to work.
