Extremely unprofessional. Never showed up but continued to tell me he was on his way when he was already 5 hours late. He blamed it on traffic. I’m fine with someone canceling on me, but communicate with me. I waited around for hours and ruined my Sunday plans with my family and doing things around the house. Every 1.5 hours he said “I’m on my way” when I asked and never gave me an ETA when I asked for it. I almost posted screen shots of our interactions, but I want to give them the benefit of maybe having a bad day. I hope you all have better experiences with Aka moving
