- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notary service pricing starts at $30 and can be adjusted based on the distance traveled, the number of signatures, and the document to notarize. Our administrative support services start at $30/hr. Contact me now for a price quote or any questions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond quickly via Thumbtack messages. I have a brief discussion with the client outlining the needs and scope of the job. After a price is agreed upon, I meet the client at my office or the client's preferred meeting location. Same-day service is available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned by the state of Texas, and trained by the American Association of Notaries as a mobile notary. I am also insured and bonded. I have over 20 years of experience in an administrative supportive role in various industries. Most of that time was spent in the healthcare industry. I've had the pleasure of assisting clients at every level, from floor managers to C-level executives.
