Tracie and his team did their job fast and effectively and helped me with my divorce and Tracie stands behind his clients to back up his words and evidence. My lawyer was astonished with his team’s work and effectiveness that she is gonna start referring them to her other clients for a privateinvestigator. As for cost Tracie’s prices were very affordable and upfront for the services performed.

I am very glad I used Tracie investigations. The whole experience was great because she cared and I was able to find out things I didn’t even know my boyfriend was doing. I was waiting to leave this review after I received my case results but I have waited so long I do not even think the new ppl on my case Katie really cared about giving my end results in a timely manner as she stated Friday that Saturday I would receive my case results by the end of the day and it's now almost the end of the day Monday and nothing has been said nor sent. My review is on Tracie, honestly he was amazing, the most attentive out of the whole entire team and I thank him for keeping me as Informed as possible in between his meetings and active duty responsibilities. He went out his way when things went south to do whatever he could for me and I appreciated that so much. He definitely shows he cares about his clients. I really wish he could have done my case personally because I believe in my heart all of my questions would have been answered, any concerns would have been addressed and my case would have been concluded and results sent in a timely manner than what I have received, well in this case have yet to receive. Maybe my case was too challenging for the Investigators, I am not sure but I know on the most important days that really needed to be monitored were not. I needed hard solid evidence, that I know would take longer than 2 hours but with this second team I got, I believe thats all they did a day. I just pray that whenever I receive whatever I receive out of all this, that my 1000 did not go down the drain. If so I will be stuck out of answers, proof, time Invested in waiting as well as hard earned money that I could have done my own research for less. Losing that for nothing will devastate me more than the end results. Crazy thing is I just message the case manager and haven't heard anything back, I definitely other than my experience with Tracie did not feel like me nor my case was a priority.

Hi Kiara, thank you for leaving an honest review. I know that you were put in a difficult situation or you wouldn’t have hired us. Having inattentive management doesn’t help. I’m sorry you had to experience that. Thank you for letting me know the team was not as attentive as they needed to be. If I don’t know then I can’t get it corrected.
I know I was the case manager when we first took your case and was away with the military; thank you for your understanding in that situation. I know with your case we had scheduled you out and there were alot of last minute requests that we tried to accommodate. Additionally we do ask that recent information be given during intake including recent photos so that the subject is easily identifiable. Nevertheless, I was able to comp you additional hours to ensure your retainer stretched further than originally planned.
I hope you were able to see the final results of the locations we found the subject and our case analysis.

We take payment up front in the form of a retainer. We also accept payment plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation. Once the client has us officially on retainer, we open your case file and begin working on your case. It’s as simple as that!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner holds 2 masters degrees (criminal justice and psychology with a focus on Behavior Analysis) and has 16 years of military intelligence experience and is a Psy.D. Candidate.
