I have really enjoyed working with Paige over the last 6 months for a number of reasons. I have had a number of trainers through the years and the most frustrating part was that the workouts were usually very similar and the trainer would allow you to give less than 100%. Paige knows hundreds of exercises and takes the time to develop a unique program each session for you. This is great for me personally because I don't lose interest and can practice the new exercises on my own and add depth to my personal workouts. I also appreciate that Paige really cares about how I am progressing towards my goals and she is very encouraging. I highly recommend Paige if you are serious about getting in great shape and keeping motivated.
