- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not the lowest around. My price point enables me to diligently install tile according to the standard set forth by the National Tile Contractors Association and use premium material and the latest equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss over the phone their project. I give a rough estimate of the project over the phone and if it works within the potential customers budget then we schedule a time to meet with them and see the project in person. Shortly after the meeting I give an estimate based on what was discussed. It’s very likely my price will not change because of my experience I am aware of many factors unless there are change orders by my customer. After the customer agrees to the estimate we schedule a date to start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified tile installer by the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (License # 1407.) I am also a certified installer for Wedi.
