Jack Huffman, Abel Plumbing, was excellent. They were very responsive and visited my house to give me a proper estimate. They were exactly on time on the day of the install, and even passed on some labor reduced expense (based on the initial estimate) to me after the installation was complete. They were very caring in taking care of my house and put in protection on my wood floor, and cleaned up after the work was complete. They even took their shoes off so that they wouldn't drag mud and dirt from outside. Jack has been doing this type of work for a long time, and it shows. He also has great relationship with his supplier, because the 1st water heater that he brought upon unboxing had some damage, and his supplier brought another one to my house. A lot of time was saved. Great work Jack. You are my #1 plumber in DFW.

Some of our services have set pricing while others require visual inspection and assessment to give an accurate, free, no obligation bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Under most circumstances a mutually agreed upon appointment will be arranged and a free, no obligation bid will be given. In many instances, should the bid be accepted, the work can be completed the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken all of the required classes necessary to receive and maintain my master plumbing license as well as yearly continuing education classes. I currently have over 17 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
