- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked almost 15 years in the food industry. I have received formal education through various classes and seminars and hands on experience under various chefs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started baking as a child with my grandmother and father. Later as an adult I was given the opportunity to work with a chef.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have served a variety of customers through weddings, church and business events, and house parties.
