Introduction: I think being a teacher helps me understand other teacher's reasoning for assignments. Sometimes a student is unclear about their learning goals, and I can help them get into the mind of the teacher.
I'm also very good at adapting to individual personalities and needs. I try to quickly learn a student's level of understanding and interest in a topic or subject, and if I am not sure how to best equip him or her I will gladly research by all means to see what I can offer them the next time we meet. I've always been great at valuing who I'm teaching.

Danielle is responsible, intelligent, thoughtful, and always seeking ways for her students to reach their full potential. She cares so much for the whole person-it's not only about learning the content, but about learning more about life through the content.
