Alex and Brandon did a great job diagnosing the water pressure problem and performing the necessary repairs. They also agreed to do a little more and installed the new garbage disposal button. Great guys! Great work! Would’ve been 5⭐️ but the price was a little steep for the work required.

I wanna start off my review by letting others know how unprofessional these guys were and how rude I requested them online to thumbtack to come and do a job. They showed up first of all late then after that they showed up or they text me and let me know that they couldn’t do it at that time that they could do it at one so I waited again until 1 o’clock so that way I could have these guys come out there or 1:30p.m. they showed up Finally and then I told him the job they told me that they were gonna have to redo a lot of the stuff that were on the cart that I needed it done. I told him OK that’s fine. I said could you give me a quote? They told me that they needed to go to Home Depot to look at the parts in order to get the quote to me I said I mean, can you give me a ballpark? They still stated that they needed to go to Home Depot to get it. I waited there for four hours and I got no call no-show. They turned off their phone and instead of being professional and just letting me know that they wasn’t interested in the job. They ignored me until now. I still have not heard from them so I want to let others know these are the kind of people you’re dealing with when you call for a job to be done.
