Introduction: I use cranio-sacral based structural integration massage along with reiki to address pain and other issues. Cranio-sacral is used to achieve balance within the body, most commonly used post traumatic accident, it is gentle and can address issues like vertigo and headaches. Structural Integration is a combination of many types of massage, most notably myo-facial release and trigger point therapy, along with a few other modalities. This is most commonly used in exercise, chronic or overuse related injuries. Reiki is optional touch energy work and can be used to address more emotional or extremely sensitive injuries. Where injuries are my specialty, sports massage and sports maintenance are something I have many years of experience in. I also appreciate the value of a great relaxation massage, my favorite method to this is Thai massage, which uses rhythmic compression and gentle stretching to achieve deep relaxation.
