What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I do a job of 3 hours its 4 hours because of set up. I am 200.00 an hour if its one house then I could 2 hours unless it is super close by. I do get a deposit when we book. They the remainder when I start. Thanks
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send new customers several videos and talk to them. Get the specifics of the event and what type people age group if its upscale or casual and what type music they want.
