Great team! I really appreciated how responsive Margaret and Zack were with communication and working with me, sensitive to the market and the buyers budgethow they had several ways to pay for updates. Margaret ended up going to the house personally and choosing what turned out to be a perfect color of paint to compliment the finishes in the home! Best of all, following the renovation, the house went under contract. voila!
