From the very beginning the response time and the replies were top-notch. I was a little bit skeptical because this company was driving from Dallas to Austin, and I thought that I was putting myself in a predicament by choosing a company that was not local. I can tell you I was completely wrong about that. Not only did the communication Always come in a timely manner, but he showed up exactly when he said he was going to. he set it up perfectly. He came and took down the inflatables right when he said he was. He gave us a great deal for what we got. The inflatables were super clean in great shape. He was so respectful of our yard. I would rent from him 1000 times over don’t second-guess it use this company. They are phenomenal.
