He took photos of the damage and explained exactly what would be needed to fix it. He gave me a competitive bid, with the stipulation that if more damage was discovered after pulling up a section of the roof, it might add to the cost. Luckily, the damage was limited to what he originally found. I admire him for his honesty, and professionalism, because he could have told me there was more damage that needed to be fixed to add to the cost of the job. He and his roofer got the job done in one day. They took photos to document their progress to show me exactly what work they did. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. I highly recommend this pro for any trim or roof damage you might need repaired."See more

In my lifetime, Ive had a number of roofs replaced or repaired on several of the homes we have owned. As compared with these past replacements, this replacement stands out as one of the best I have experienced. Many thanks to Chris Dunn for his initial survey and very competitive and completereplacement costs, plus the team that performed the work, start to finisha 5 star experience! The crew was here punctually at 8: 15 each day and they worked until 5,6, or 7 pm several days to complete the job on schedule. Alex was here nearly every day to oversee the project progress and then giving me a summary progress report for the day. Several corrections to the way the original roof was installed in 2013 and were implemented. In summary, this is a top notch roofing company I would highly recommend. Hector was able to repair each spot PERFECTLY, re-paint and nearly match original color. I highly recommend him if you have a spot within your home that needs special re-modeling or repair."See more
