I have a large sized BBQ pit that I can move around. I can offer high quality Texas BBQ caterings or drop offs and customized to personal needs with a lower competitive price. I recently moved to Austin from Egypt following my passion for BBQ after a five year career in banking. I now have a culinary certificate, I have been taught by four of the top 10 Austin pitmasters and I have won 4 trophies as #1 brisket in BBQ competitions in the last year. I currently host BBQ pop ups at Dia's Market 812 Justin lane monthly with a Mediterranean twist on Texas BBQ.

Kareem was amazing! He helped me plan out the most perfect catering experience for my best friends bachelorette party - he and his wonderful wife dropped off and set up all of the food. We had the most wonderful feast. I wish they lived in NY I would have them cater all of my parties !! Thank you so much for making our first Texas BBQ experience very memorable !!

Kareem catered an event I threw for about 200 people. He worked with me to get the right price and quantity of food. He was extremely flexible on providing vegan and vegetarian options as well. The food was delicious! I got a lot of compliments :)

I have been served the most amazing brisket / ribs / sausage / chicken at a few TX BBQ competitions he has competed in... he won first place with his brisket. Probably the most tender meat I have ever tried has been sculpted from this mans hands. This guy knows what he is doing, and he is extremely professional, and gracious to people around him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a detailed menu with all the options and prices of meats and sides. Customers choose number of meats and number of sides and the quote is decided accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After accepting my quote, I would like to get in touch with my customer on the phone/e-mail to discuss the logistics and plan ahead. I always want to make sure I provide a great service to my customer and having everything they need planned ahead.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary Certificate from ACC, I have also worked under and been taught by Austin's top pitmasters and cooks for the past 2 years.
