- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 15% discount to first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client responds via email, we usually do a consultation over the phone to better understand the client’s specific needs. Then, we will schedule a face to face meeting if the client wants to sample our food, but this is not mandatory. We finalize the menu and form of payment one week before the scheduled event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always been in the kitchen since I was young. I’ve worked with the finest chefs around Texas and Chicago to perfect this craft and unique taste.
