What was supposed to be a huge 60th birthday celebration for my mom, Covid turned into a scramble to find something small but mighty to make sure we could still celebrate our queen. In stepped Chris, a wonderful sommelier-turned-chef with an exquisite four course meal, planned expertly and customized to our taste. Chris arrived on time, looked professional and was impeccably cordial. By the end of the meal we were including him in the family conversation! Highly recommend having CH Hospitality cater your next event, big or small.

Awesome experience! Found Chris through a Google search while riding in the uber when we got to town. With less than 24-hour notice, he put together the menu, bought, prepared, and cooked all the incredible food, cleaned up and left the place better than he found it. All for 12 guests. Would highly recommend and use again for sure. Thank you, Chris and Ray!

We had a PHENOMENAL 10-guest 4 course dinner service for our 20th wedding anniversary with CH Hospitality. Chris’s cooking skill and wine paring insight is unmatched, Staxx’s table service was fantastic, and the menu Martine wrote for the event was so elegantly complementary, our guests could not stop talking about their favorite dishes after the dinner. Chris was also our primary point of contact, and was easy to work with. He communicated really well before the event, really listened to who we are and managed to reflect that on the plates. He was fun and fit perfectly into our celebration :) We will definitely be hiring the team again for future events, and they have our highest recommendation.

    From our initial conversations through follow up meetings we gain as much information as possible to fine tune our services in order to create the best experience for every new client.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Collectively we have 29 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Martine graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012 and has been working as a Sous Chef throughout Dallas and Austin ever since. Chris has has been working in restaurants since 2000. He has worked with some of the best wine programs in the city of Austin training under Master Sommeliers.
