I highly recommend CH Hospitality for anyone in the Austin area looking to hire! We had the best experience with Chris & Chef Martine, who planned and executed a beautiful sommelier-led wine tasting and three-course dinner for my sister's bachelorette party. Chris was a dream to work with-- very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, customizing the menu and table-scape to meet all of our wishes and needs. Our party is still talking about how great the food was and how much we all learned about wine during the tasting! Chris & Martine: in addition to the above, want to personally thank you both again for a perfect night. You two were a great addition to our house crew-- friendly, funny, and a pleasure to be around throughout the night. Thank you both!

I can't say enough about Chris and the team at C.H. Hospitality. They exceeded every expectation and then some. Chris was wonderful to work with as we planned the rehearsal dinner for our son and daughter-in-law - he was professional, so incredibly helpful with ideas and stayed in contact throughout the process. Chef was amazing the the food was delicious and the team was on top of everything making sure that I could focus on family and friends and didn't worry at all about serving and clean up. They even added little touches that I wasn't expecting - like greenery in the folded napkins. I will use them again....and again. Thank you Chris for making the night so memorable!!! Everyone was raving and I have you and C.H. Hospitality to thank!

Chris was fantastic to work with! We worked out a personalized menu and the chef came on site and provided excellent quality food and service. Also, an excellent price! If you need a private chef, this crew is the one.

What a great time we had! Food was absolutely delicious - a custom menu incorporating Ghanaian and Russian cuisine. Chef Martine even went out of her way to create extra menu items for our toddler. The birthday boy was beyond happy and I found my new favorite wine (Thanks Chris)! I highly recommend this team and would definitely work with them again.

From our initial conversations through follow up meetings we gain as much information as possible to fine tune our services in order to create the best experience for every new client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have 29 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Martine graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012 and has been working as a Sous Chef throughout Dallas and Austin ever since. Chris has has been working in restaurants since 2000. He has worked with some of the best wine programs in the city of Austin training under Master Sommeliers.
