I had the best experience - Chris gave us exactly what we wanted. My sister and I planned a dinner for her bachelorette party, where his team needed to show up earlier than we did. Chris guided us through the entire process, and he made it so easy. In fact, working with him ended up being the easiest part of planning the bachelorette weekend. He created a specialized menu for us and had it designed and printed for each place setting, brought on-theme centerpiece materials, and set our table before we walked through the door. He and his team were incredibly professional, friendly, and warming. He presented and served each course with grace and thoroughness. They cleaned up after dinner, allowing us to rest and get ready for the night. During our intro call he asked if there were food allergies and provided substitutes for those girls (like gluten free bread). The food was incredible, and the whole experience was fluid and fit seamlessly into our night. I couldn't have expected anything better. The experience was exceptional and hands down my favorite part of the entire trip.

The three caterers from C.H. Hospitality arrived early and immediately began to set up without any fuss and continued to prepare the food and stage the grazing station with minimum input needed from us. Throughout the night they unobtrusively kept the grazing station and non-alcoholic beverage station stocked and handed round delicious hot hors d’oeuvres. At the end of the night they cleaned up the kitchen and all the party detritus from the surrounding rooms and patio and left the place immaculate.

From our initial conversations through follow up meetings we gain as much information as possible to fine tune our services in order to create the best experience for every new client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have 29 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Martine graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012 and has been working as a Sous Chef throughout Dallas and Austin ever since. Chris has has been working in restaurants since 2000. He has worked with some of the best wine programs in the city of Austin training under Master Sommeliers.
