Delicious French cuisine! Chefs arrived on time and served appetizers, main course, and desserts!! They were very efficient and professional. Food was exquisite and tasty which the guests enjoyed. Thank you for making my 50th birthday so special, it added a classy touch to a special occasion. Everything went smoothly from planning stage to delivery. I had the best experience - Chris gave us exactly what we wanted. My sister and I planned a dinner for her bachelorette party, where his team needed to show up earlier than we did. Chris guided us through the entire process, and he made it so easy. In fact, working with him ended up being the easiest part of planning the bachelorette weekend. He created a specialized menu for us and had it designed and printed for each place setting, brought on-theme centerpiece materials, and set our table before we walked through the door. He and his team were incredibly professional, friendly, and warming. He presented and served each course with grace and thoroughness. They cleaned up after dinner, allowing us to rest and get ready for the night. During our intro call he asked if there were food allergies and provided substitutes for those girls (like gluten free bread). The food was incredible, and the whole experience was fluid and fit seamlessly into our night. I couldn't have expected anything better. The experience was exceptional and hands down my favorite part of the entire trip.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From our initial conversations through follow up meetings we gain as much information as possible to fine tune our services in order to create the best experience for every new client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have 29 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Martine graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012 and has been working as a Sous Chef throughout Dallas and Austin ever since. Chris has has been working in restaurants since 2000. He has worked with some of the best wine programs in the city of Austin training under Master Sommeliers.
