The three caterers from C.H. Hospitality arrived early and immediately began to set up without any fuss and continued to prepare the food and stage the grazing station with minimum input needed from us. Throughout the night they unobtrusively kept the grazing station and non-alcoholic beverage station stocked and handed round delicious hot hors d’oeuvres. At the end of the night they cleaned up the kitchen and all the party detritus from the surrounding rooms and patio and left the place immaculate.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging the services of CH Hospitality for our vegan wedding, and I cannot express enough how thoroughly impressed I was with the entire experience. From the moment we began planning to the final bite of dessert, every aspect of their catering service was nothing short of exceptional. Let's start with the star of the show – the food. CH Hospitality elevated the vegan culinary experience to an art form. The menu was thoughtfully curated, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors and textures that left our guests raving. Even the most discerning meat lovers among us were blown away by the exquisite dishes. The chefs have a remarkable talent for transforming even the simplest ingredients into culinary masterpieces. The attention to detail in presentation was also noteworthy. Each dish was a feast for the eyes, reflecting the care and precision that went into its creation. From the bruschetta bar appetizers, vegan lasagna with pasta made from scratch, to roasted cauliflower stakes with Whole Foods vegan parmesan cheese (one of my faves) to the vegan tiramisu dessert with gold flakes, the aesthetic appeal of the food was matched only by its incredible taste. The variety of options provided by CH Hospitality ensured that every guest, regardless of dietary preferences, had a delightful array of choices. Even those who typically favor meat-based dishes found themselves clearing their plates, a testament to the universal appeal of the menu. Our live band who is know to sing song of the love for meat even cleared their plates! Beyond the delectable food, the service provided by the CH Hospitality team was flawless. The staff was not only professional and attentive but also exhibited a genuine passion for ensuring that our event was a success. Their seamless coordination and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of warmth to the overall experience. It's rare to find a vegan catering service that consistently exceeds expectations, but CH Hospitality managed to do just that. I had NO idea or expected them to decorate our buffet tables for our appetizers, main course and dessert. They went above and beyond with the decor. They even added sweet touches to our plate setting that was such a heart warming surprise (a sprig of rosemary to each plate setting, and ribbon). Our guests are still talking about the incredible dining experience they had at our event, and I have CH Hospitality and their team to thank for that. In conclusion, if you're in search of a catering service that delivers not only exceptional food but an entire culinary journey, look no further!! They have truly mastered the art of catering, creating an unforgettable experience for both hosts and guests alike. I wholeheartedly recommend CH for any event where culinary excellence is a priority.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have 29 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Martine graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012 and has been working as a Sous Chef throughout Dallas and Austin ever since. Chris has has been working in restaurants since 2000. He has worked with some of the best wine programs in the city of Austin training under Master Sommeliers.
