Leslie and team at Fabulous Affairs did an amazing job with my wedding reception. Everyone at the event commented on how amazing the food was. Their menu recommendations were great1 Even our minister commented that it was the best food he's had at a wedding and he's been to a lot of weddings. A big thank you!

Leslie catered our Hawaiian themed house party and did an amazing job! She provided a custom menu, set everything up beautifully, and made it all easy for us. My guests were raving all night about the delicious food. Leslie is professional, creative, and I would definitely hire her again!

Leslie and her team were a dream to work with. From the start, she was responsive to my requests, helpful with suggestions, and gave affordable options. The week of the event, the RSVPs skyrocketed and Leslie didn't bat an eye accommodating the larger crowd with more food, tables, tablecloths, champagne and wine glasses.
Our guests, who just happened to be a room full of dentists, raved about the food and gorgeous setup. We had one guy from the catering crew stay throughout the event to help with cleanup, replenishing food, etc. He was absolutely amazing and was no doubt worth paying for hourly! He is the reason every host at the party said, "I was going to do (blank) but Ian already took care of it." We enjoyed the party so much more having him there to do the details.
There were a couple of small things lost during cleanup that were a bit of a downer, and a few tablecloths and wine glasses were slightly less than clean. However, these small things were nothing compared to the attention given to our event, the care they gave, and the general helpfulness I felt from Fabulous Affairs.
I will 100% hire them for our next event! I wish every company cared as much as they do.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Working with Leslie was so easy! Usually the breakfast/lunch part of our events is the most time consuming and stressful, but for the first time, I wasn't freaking out. She was incredibly prompt with quotes, answered all my questions (no matter how stupid), and thought of everything before I even asked.
I'm always nervous about catering since I've had some horror stories with incredibly late caterers. Not them! They arrived an hour early, prepped, and we had an excellent breakfast. My office is notorious for being incredibly picky when it comes to food, and all I heard around the event was how amazing the food was and how friendly and fantastic the chefs were. This was a first for us! I'm afraid they're going to see a lot of us in the future, and I can honestly say that one of the reasons my event went so smoothly is due to Fabulous Affairs.

Each event is unique, so we work with our clients to create:
-Menu
-Theme
-Decorations
-Entertainment
to fit their occasion and budget. Only need food? We will work up menus based on your cuisine preferences within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We encourage them to contact us with any requests, details, questions, and concerns, and then we work up a proposal based on their specifications and budget parameters.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Leslie Wellons has a degree from Boston University in Hospitality Management and has been planning events large and small for 25 years.
Bruce Cox is our Executive Chef. He has 38 years in the food and beverage arena. He attended chef school in the Northeast and trained under some of the premiere European chefs during his internship at The Parker House in Boston, MA preparing five course five star meals nightly.
