Working with Carrie and Food for Thought was such an amazing experience. She is a wizard at navigating dietary restrictions - to the point no one really knew they were eating dairy and gluten free. From our initial conversation to post event, it was seamless. Carrie’s cooking is extraordinary and the presentation was picture perfect. Her pricing is completely reasonable and once you’ve tried the food, you’ll see the value of her services is even better than you expected. Do yourself a favor and use Food for Thought whenever you can. My only regret is not ordering a bit more so I could have had leftovers. I plan to use her again in the new year the first chance I get. Thanks again, Carrie, for making me look like a rock star for simply serving your food!

Oh, man, is there a word limit for this? I seriously don't think there's a single thing that Carrie and Food for Thought can't do in a kitchen. It's hard enough for me to choose ONE dish to make for myself, but she was able to make not one, but FOUR courses for this meal. A crazy good salad (I don't even like salads!), an incredible soup, an unparalleled surf and turf entree of salmon and steak, and a dessert assortment that had me praying to the gods of gluttony. She was cool and chill and funny as hell while making all the work she was doing look effortless. She was super conscious of my dairy intolerance and made sure to address any and all food allergies/preferences. She is a consummate professional and you can tell she takes an incredible amount of pride in what she does while being so humble at the same time. Like, do you even know how amazing you are??? Thank you, Carrie, for providing an unbelievable dining experience! I will certainly be back and will tell my friends and business associates all about you!

I hired Carrie to cook for my wife and I for our 15th Anniversary. It was always something we wanted to try. I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure if it would be awkward to have someone cook for us in our own home. I couldn't have been more wrong! Carrie was wonderful in every way! From her initial food survey to some minor tweaks to her proposed menu, she was so easy to work with. Her sommelier picked out some fantastic pairing wines, and the meal was tremendous! I wish we had taken pictures, but we were just having too good of a time. The table decorations were beautiful, the food was lovely, and we had a great time interacting with her in between courses. We had just the best time and I am so happy we found Carrie. We already are trying to plan a dinner party so we can have her back out again. Thank you Carrie and the team at Food For Thought!
