From start to finish, Pearl Snap far exceeded our expectations! Alicia and Jackson were very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. They had very quick response times to our numerous emails and calls, which is so very important when planning the big day. The food tasting blew us away and the food on our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular. The presentations were beautiful and the food was so delicious! While we were getting ready on our wedding day, Alicia brought up fruit and cheese trays with fresh honeycomb to the Bride and Groom suites. It was perfect. The chicken and steak were cooked to perfection and were still moist 4 days later in our leftovers! In addition to cake, we decided to go with the bananas foster for dessert, which was probably one of the most delicious desserts I have ever had. It was also a big hit with the guests!! One thing that sets these professionals apart from their competitors is that they prepare the food on site, so everything is fresh and not reheated. This makes a huge difference. We also chose their bartending package, but provided our own bar (liquor, mixers, garnishes). The bartenders were very knowledgeable and were able to make any drink requested with the ingredients we had. If you are looking for a caterer for any event, look no further. I cannot say enough amazing things about Alicia, Jackson and their staff. You will not be disappointed with Pearl Snap!!

Pearl snap was absolutely amazing. From the tastings, to communication, to the final product. We had a fairly large wedding, in a very rural/small venue. Less than 30 minutes before the ceremony, we had to move the whole thing under a tent. It was a little stressful, but they worked around the craziness, and helped the whole experiences feel effortless. They were accommodating, and so lovely to work with. From tastings to the event, I couldn't be happier with them. Also- I the food was AMAZING.....that's from us and the attendees at the wedding. We actually got calls after the wedding asking for the contact info on our caterers. LoveLove.
