Guests raved about novel and delicious menu! For my husband's 70th birthday, we had about 40 friends and family in. Jackson and Alicia were a dream to work with. They suggested their signature hot-stone-seared venison - WOW! and their crab cake bites are the absolute very best I have ever had anywhere. The veg crudites were so far from ordinary - a vast variety of raw and roasted. The potatoes with goat cheese and candied bacon all disappeared. And the pastry-twirled asparagus spears were delicious, as was the three-hummous platter. Everything was finger/small plate as requested. A flour less chocolate cake finished the evening. I was very glad at the last minute I asked them for a modest price to provide an extra helper for light cleanup, bar tending, etc. I didn't do a thing - they even vacuumed up the kitchen/living before exiting quietly and quickly. Their prep and setup occurred that day largely in our kitchen, but they were friendly and unobtrusive as family members came and went. They even succeeded in working around our (polite) labrador doggie who followed everything with interest but didn't get an opportunity to put his nose in. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I will be recommending them to the corporate folks at my office, too.

Jackson, Alicia and their staff did a wonderful job catering our daughter's wedding. They are good communicators - efficient, pleasant and professional. The food tasted fantastic and the presentation is phenomenal. We have been asked by numerous guests who did the catering! Go Pearl Snap Cuisine!

Jackson was incredible for our wedding. He and his team delivered beautiful arrangements of food and desserts. Every detail was taken in to account and displayed to perfection. Even before the wedding, he took his time with us and put on a brilliant display of food and h'orderves for tastings. Thank you Jackson and Alicia; our wedding was wonderful due in large part to you :)!

From start to finish, Pearl Snap far exceeded our expectations! Alicia and Jackson were very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. They had very quick response times to our numerous emails and calls, which is so very important when planning the big day. The food tasting blew us away and the food on our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular. The presentations were beautiful and the food was so delicious! While we were getting ready on our wedding day, Alicia brought up fruit and cheese trays with fresh honeycomb to the Bride and Groom suites. It was perfect. The chicken and steak were cooked to perfection and were still moist 4 days later in our leftovers! In addition to cake, we decided to go with the bananas foster for dessert, which was probably one of the most delicious desserts I have ever had. It was also a big hit with the guests!! One thing that sets these professionals apart from their competitors is that they prepare the food on site, so everything is fresh and not reheated. This makes a huge difference. We also chose their bartending package, but provided our own bar (liquor, mixers, garnishes). The bartenders were very knowledgeable and were able to make any drink requested with the ingredients we had. If you are looking for a caterer for any event, look no further. I cannot say enough amazing things about Alicia, Jackson and their staff. You will not be disappointed with Pearl Snap!!
