Introduction: Hello, I'm an individual who's spent over a decade learning/fixing/repairing/teaching many different items in the work of Tech. I have assembled gaming computers, home network systems, phones & many other devices & systems. I have been blessed with opportunity to become fluent in the world or technology.
My passion has led me to realize I love teaching, and with my many years of customer service, I have grown into both computer/tech services and consultations/lessons for everyday people such as myself. I love helping people understand computers and phones can be learned easily and it just takes some time!
I offer my repair services (if applicable) for people's personal computer or laptop. I also offer cleaning services, hardware and software!
I also offer lessons for individuals who don't feel confident in his or her skill/capability/knowledge of using a computer/laptop for everyday use. I have been complimented to have much patience and love to encourage those I am helping.
Overall I am a great go to computer person. I also try to be a great person as a whole and show respect, passion, & kindness.

I have hired Jacob on multiple occasions and each time, I am blown away by his customer service and knowledge. Jacob has installed multiple TVs, cameras, and home devices for our family as well as provide troubleshooting services for various other systems. He is professional, but provides a comforting environment that puts all your worries at ease. He's able to break down any system or topic in a way that is easy to understand and use for the consumer.
