Rick and team did an amazing job for us adding floor to our attic, installing a solar vent and fixing shingles. They were very responsive and got the job done really quick. Highly recommended.

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my experience with Rich, the owner of General Contractors LLC. Six months ago, I contracted him for a complete retail store build-out. Regrettably, only one-third of the project has been completed to date. Despite his repeated assurances to resume work, he has failed to take any action.
I had expected a level of professionalism and trustworthiness from a company contracted through Thumbtack; however, I feel I have been misled. I am sharing this information to caution others about potentially incurring the same financial losses, wasted time, and significant frustration that I have experienced.
In light of these ongoing issues, I will be seeking legal counsel to recover the costs associated with the delays, as well as the rent I have paid for a space that remains unusable.

Very irresponsible person....he told me that he will call or text on Sat to repair my windows or at least check them. He never responded back to my text or call. I will not recommend at all..... I usually do not provide negative feedbacks or reviews as I don't think it is kind behavior but I am sorry that I have to write it.

Raj Saran, you are simply just not telling the truth, and I believe it's because you sounded frustrated on the phone already with the whole situation. if you remember right, I never made a schedule to fix any window. you insisted on me fixing the window that day and I explained how I was not able to do that. not every window can be fixed. windows that are pressed together from the manufacturer actually have to be replaced. custom-made windows that are handmade by the manufacturer can be repaired. in fact I explained that to you very clearly that would come out and take a look at what we can do to get you taken care of and I told you I would come out if I could or some time next week. I simply could not make it. And before I even see this post I had already reached out to you many times to confirm a good time to come out.
Raj, please tell the truth, I never had any schedule with you.
However I understand your frustrations and I am willing to help you in any way I can.
We need to first set a schedule up and I can then come out and visit with you and provide options to get your issues resolved. And provide a free estimate.
Please keep in mind that I do not do on the spot repairs. This will be something we will have to schedule for repair or replacement.

Very unprofessional. Didn't complete the project. No response to calls or messages. If you want a reliable person who values your time, stay away from them. Tried reaching the corporate office, no response from them either.

Anuja B. this is very unfortunate that you would write us a review like this. as we did not do a project for you. you reached out and asked me to do a project for literally mixed to no money. as a gift I offered to do the project for free to help you out because I am backed up at the moment as most contractors are in the Austin Texas area. however it seems like you were stressed and needed to get this job done right away and I was just not able to take on your project. I understand that you want your project done yesterday like everyone else. and if it will make things better for you then we would like to go ahead and help you to get your project completed. however a one-star review and the things that you say are very unprofessional considering we didn't even do a project for you. it's not a good thing to get upset with companies that cannot help you when you ask them to jump. companies like ourselves have schedules and have other clients ahead of you. there are time frames on which we work. however we do understand that you are in a bind and are willing to set some time aside solely dedicated to yourself. we want life to get better for you so if we can help you then please let us know. but please stop writing reviews on companies just because they are unable to help you. once again we did not do a project for you. so you can't give people reviews who have not done any work for you just because you are having a bad day and can't seem to find a contractor that has time to jump when you say jump.
