Chef Leslie is awesome. She helped cater a small Birthday party for us. She was prompt on her timing, her food tastes incredible and her service is impeccable. We had kids in the party and she was very patient with them making sure the special items she created for them was to their liking. Will definitely look her up the next time we have a need.

Chef Leslie has catered numerous functions for us, in our professional businesses as well as personal functions. She's catered large groups including Senators and Judges to intimate groups of 8. Her creativity is exceptional her food amazing. She is professional yet very friendly. My clients/guests always make comments on both. Did I say her food is yummy, plated to perfection and service outstanding. She is on speed dial for me!

I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. I am constantly learning new techniques and love learning about other cultures and cuisines.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love cooking beautiful and delicious gourmet food and love interacting with my guests.
