These guys were great, I highly recommend them. They were very thorough and professional and helped me transform my front and back yard into a look even better than I was going for. Ricardo was very generous with his time and service. I had called him to install a new lock on my fence gate. However when he came, it seemed that the hinge also needed repair. He did both the jobs for the same price. He has a very cheerful disposition. Customer service is excellent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to learn about your project, goals, and budget. Depending on the project, we’ll either schedule a quick on-site walkthrough or a more in-depth design consultation to go over layout, materials, and ideas for the space. After the visit, we provide an estimate, finalize details, schedule the work, and keep communication clear throughout the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30yrs of combined experience in every trade relating to outdoor construction. We have 15 years experience in Austin and surrounding areas, so we know this climate and what materials and building practices work, and what doesn't.
