He was only able to clear the shower. He couldn't clear the drain in the back yard but he diagnosed the problem accurately as a busted pipe. He didn't have the tools to fix the busted pipe, so he charged me approprietly for the diagnoses.

Like a couple dorks, we bought a faucet at Costco and realized after getting home and looking under the sink that the job was much too difficult for our zero skills. Ray’s Plumbing responded immediately to our Thumbtack plea and gave us a reasonable quote for a job that we feared would be tough-to-impossible for the most seasoned pro. Ray’s reached out to us to confirm our meeting time (as promised) and Mickey was the utmost pro throughout to include breaking out the onsite blowtorch when a particular bolt would not budge but also checking with us first to be sure our smoke alarms wouldn’t screech (they didn’t!) In short, we are so grateful to Mickey Ray and NEVER could have done this without his expertise and kindest professionalism! He is trustworthy, personable, and eager to help! We look forward to working with him again in a week for a replacement (low flow) toilet! You will not regret your decision to work with him and help this dude continue a promising career - be sure to ask about his tin

Ray got the job done and done right! What more can you ask for! He also shared a lot of plumbing knowledge with me and explained everything about the install in detail when asked. Nice guy!
