What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for First Responders, Active Military, Teachers and the Elderly. We also have financing available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather the customer information and schedule an in person estimate with one of our plumbers. We then email or text the pricing to the customer & can schedule a job as soon as the estimate is approved. We start Estimates during standard business hours are at no charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Master plumber provides hands on training, and all of our plumbers are regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. The board requires regular examinations and licensures.
