- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Alex. O is an English as a Second or Other Language (ESOL) professor. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Tomsk State Pedagogical University and both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the same institution. In addition to his teaching role at ACC, Dr. Alex serves as an American Accent Coach for the American Accent Program, LLC. He also holds editorial positions with several academic journals, including Editor-in-Chief of the American Linguist Association's LingCuRe and Editorial Board Editor for the Social Sciences University of Ankara's Educational Administration: Theory and Dr. Alex has developed a proprietary method called 2D Sound Motion Technology, designed to assist learners in mastering the American accent through visual and auditory feedback. His scholarly work includes publications on interactive and blended language teaching, with several articles cited in academic journals.
