- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For every customer we provide a free estimate on site with professional estimators. We like to see your project before creating a quote so that we don't risk over charging you. We do require 50% up front to cover materials and supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first invite us into your home we like to first begin to get a feel for what you are looking for. We then can begin to start discussing exact details of the project, colors, time frame and what to expect throughout the process and of course answer any questions you may have. We have a knowledgeable staff of professionals suited to address all residential painting questions, needs or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Empire Paint Professionals we hire only the best trained professionals and quality painters. Our painters have decades of experience and expertise in all areas from cabinet refinishing to marine coatings. Additionally we work with interior designers and color consultants to provide you with the perfect design for you.
