FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is fair, but if after completion you decide you'd like to have me work on additional projects, we can work out a small discount. If for any reason I do not have access to utilities (electric/water), I will have to charge an additional fee to provide my own. If we work a draw schedule out and the last installment is not paid on time, any craftsmanship warranty that I offer (labor) is null.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone consultation and for more complex projects, you can expect that I'll want to make a visit to your property to assess the site and any proposed work. I'll provide a bid breakout for your use later that day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
*Bachelors in Construction Science and Management, Minor in Business Administration *Certified Associate Constructor with American Institute of Constructors *Residential Construction Superintendent with large Texas homebuilder *Construction Estimator with national commercial general contractor
