- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A standard residential irrigation inspection is $75 ($55 if paid in advance of visit) and includes the replacement of up to 5 nozzles and adjusting your coverage and timer/controller. Many times I can determine issues or the best way to reconfigure your system the fastest using this method which saves you money. I will provide you with an irrigation system report listing deficiencies that should be repaired immediately as well as optional adjustments that will reduce water usage and/or increase the systems efficiency and reduce the likelihood of city citations for improper irrigation. I make sure any costs are understood before any work is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Understanding the issue the customer is experiencing is the first thing and the only way to do that is to listen. Next I try to over communicate ideas, potential solutions and most importantly costs so that there aren't any surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In order to maintain state licenses we must attend continuing education on an annual (at least) basis.
