- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, transparent pricing with no surprises. Every estimate is built around your project’s exact measurements, materials, and layout-no generic one-size-fits-all numbers. We also offer 15% off as our current project discount, and we never charge hidden fees. If a project requires additional work, we always communicate that upfront so you can make the best decision for your home and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your goals-privacy, security, curb appeal, or a full backyard upgrade. From there: 1. On-site estimate to take accurate measurements. 2. Transparent breakdown on our quotes so you know exactly what you’re paying for. 3. Material selection guidance (cedar, horizontal, steel posts, iron, etc.). 4. Scheduling + communication throughout the project. 5. Build + quality check to ensure everything meets our standards. We keep the process simple and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over three decades of professional fence and deck industry experience in Central Texas. That includes hands-on building, project management, subcontractor coordination, customer service, and designing systems that keep jobs running smoothly. We combine technical knowledge with real-world experience so every project is built the right way-strong, clean, and built to last in Texas weather.
