- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will meet up with you and talk about the project and give you a quote for FREE. We offer a fair price for high quality work and we love to work within our customers budget. We work hard to meet our clients needs. We will discuss the project and pricing before starting any job. Some jobs can be expensive, but we will talk about what can be done to save money and time. This is your project. We always keep that in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our quotes are free. After a brief conversation, we like to visit the site and get a better feel for the job. We want the customers to be comfortable and happy with our work. Trust is very important to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of carpentry work. We like to credit our Papa, as well as past employers for our ability and love for this work.
