Introduction: I provide one-on-one in-home personal training sessions that are designed specifically for you. There are two time options: 30 minutes and 1 hour sessions.
The first time session is a comprehensive one-and-a-half hour session that includes a physical assessment, discussion of goals, mapping out a schedule, and an overview of nutrition and how vital it is to include along with exercise.
As a trained chef, I also offer cooking classes! I believe that as a culture, we eat too many convenience foods. I am passionate about my clients learning to eat healthy fresh foods that they prepare for themselves.
