My experience went very well. G A Coffing was very professional and Gary was knowledgeable in his field. He did not try to pressure me into anything I did not need and was very honest. I would recommend this company to others.

Never received the deliverable. Paid and got NOTHING. Moreover, the "professional" stated the foundation issue stemmed from a plumbing leak. This was incorrect (he indicated I call a plumber to find the leak. I checked the meter which was not spinning telling me it's not a leak. But, to ensure it was not a plumbing leak, I called a plumber - wasted $300 bucks. After plumber told me there was no leak it was determined the foundation heave was a result of groundwater) I have left two messages and even spoke with the owner today who assured me I would get it....which I didn't get. I paid an inspection fee of $100 and got nothing.
Korrect Foundation Repair's reply
Matthew, You agreed to pay $100.00 for an inspection and report of our opinion of the condition of the foundation. You did not pay to have someone inspect and issue a report within 24 hours of the inspection. It is damaging to our reputation and deceptive of you to open your review with "Never received the deliverable". It is considered excellent service when you contact a company for an inspection of this nature and they are able to respond within 5 days as we have, yet you claim, 34 hours after the inspection, that you "Paid and got NOTHING". This may shock you, but we do not have people sitting around our office with nothing on their calendars just waiting for your call. We worked you into our busy schedule and have produced the report that you purchased in an incredibly short period of time only to have you advertise that we did the opposite. David believes that there may be a plumbing leak partially responsible for the elevations he observed. Whether or not the water meter is "spinning", you may still have a leak in the outgoing sewer lines that are under that area. David advised you that plumbers are not always the best at finding such leaks and if I were you, I would get a second opinion from a leak detection company to be sure. I apologize if you were somehow under the impression that we could deliver your report in under 24 hours even though you were advised 5 days ago that we were very busy and should not have expected such a miraculous turn around. Trying to damage our reputation, because you set your expectations way to high on such short notice is wrong and should be corrected to reflect the facts and not an angry baseless attack of our service. Our mission statement is "to help everyone we come in contact with". We are still trying to accomplish that goal. The fact that this house is still covered under the builder's warranty and the builder's insurance should be paying for the plumbing inspection and repair as well as the foundation repair, you should not blame us for the plumber not finding the leak or the expense of hiring one. Please consider changing your review to reflect the reality that we performed a significant service in an exceptional period of time for a reasonable fee. Gary A. Coffing, Sr.

Excellent service. I had concerns about the foundation of our new house purchase. Requested inspection and repair service on Thumbtack. Gary is very professional and honest. He told me that the foundation is in excellent condition even there are normal cracks and he could not make money from fixing my foundation. I am sure appreciate his professionalism and honesty. I would recommend him to my friend.
