They were very easy to schedule and they showed up early as they knew I as in a time crunch. My move was made 1000% easier due to them and I can’t recommend them enough. If you need your furniture moved, I’d just call them tbh.

Jesse and Michael with Helping Hand were an absolute treasure to have found before my move. From the initial outreach, responsiveness was what impressed me. Then they were flexible with the quote and joined me for my own U-Haul rental for the day. My move required me going to New Braunfels and a second location in Austin to pick up furniture, they were incredibly helpful in unpacking a VERY tightly organized storage unit to reach a mattress, and then put the unit back together with care. They wrapped my furniture, used moving blankets, and were conscious of the time during the move itself. Not only were they professional and super efficient, they assembled furniture and were just a positive joy to have around on what could definitely be a stressful day. Will be calling them back to help me assemble new furniture and mount TVs/mirrors in my new place. Can’t recommend them more!

We will hire this team for any moving needs in the future. The were the FIRST to respond to my request, had the best price, and did an absolute GREAT job (they even arrived early and offered to wait until we were ready, which we were, so everything was done ahead of schedule!) Definitely hire these guys for your moving needs.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Tanner and Jesse! From the moment they arrived, they brought such a positive, can-do attitude that instantly put us at ease. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the entire process feel effortless.
