I recently had new flooring and a kitchen backsplash installed in my home. Elly did a great job of walking me through what to expect during the project and made the whole process extremely easy and with minimal disruption to my daily routine. He communicated well, answered all of my questions quickly, and paid attention to the smallest details to ensure the end result of the work was high quality and to my liking. We chose to go with Modern Vision Remodeling Experts and are very pleased with the outcome. We started this bathroom renovation because of a cracked tub and a toilet in need of replacement. Because this was a 100+ year old home with galvanized pipes, we ended up doing a complete re-plumb and adding both a hot water heater and water softener to keep our appliances in top condition. Although this project went beyond the original scope, we feel the job was done professionally and in a timely manner. Elly has excellent customer service skills and goes the extra mile for his clients. We would definitely recommend!

After many disheartening and frustrating interactions with other contractors and abandoning all hope to find a decent contractor to remodel our bathrooms, we thankfully found Modern Vision Remodeling. I was very impressed by Elly's professionalism and thoroughness. The quality of work was top-notch, the prices were reasonable and fair, all of the workers/sub-contractors were extremely professional and respectful, and Elly was always extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or concerns. If anything was damaged or demoed that was not within the agreed upon scope of work, Elly took care of it without a second thought and went the extra mile to make sure the project was completed to the highest standard.

Elly from Modern Vision Remodeling was a delight to work with! We started our research for a kitchen remodel, and started with Lowes which ended up being a nightmare. Elly came to our rescue. He found the cabinets we were looking for and handled all the arrangements from demolition to install of new cabinets and quartz countertops. They also took care of all the little things like laying down heavy paper to protect our floors to surrounding our kitchen with plastic to minimize the dust. The best part was the communication! Elly was in touch almost daily to keep us posted on timelines. We definitely recommend working with them, you won’t be disappointed!

we collect small retainer of up to 10% to book the Project and start the process , project will be divided into Satisfying stage payments done per progress to ensure you don’t pay for work not being done final payment will collected after project completion . we offer discount for multiple work items.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we schedule an initial consultation with our clients to discuss their ideas, needs, budget, timeline and concerns they may have. we would love to bring our suggestions on how to approach the project with the most efficient and cost effective ways to maximize budget and functionality . During this consultation, we aim to set clear expectations and prepare the customer as much as possible for the project ahead. Additionally we provide clients with suggestions for preferred vendors, a material list and a dedicated project manager who will oversees the project from start to finish.
