My pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the scope of work, materials, and project complexity. I provide clear estimates upfront with no hidden fees, and discounts may be available depending on project size or combined services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the customer’s goals and schedule a site visit. Then I review the scope, provide a clear estimate, answer questions, and once approved, schedule the project. Throughout the job I keep communication open and provide progress updates until completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on field experience in remodeling, construction management, estimating, and working with multiple trades. Real-world experience has taught me how to deliver projects correctly and efficiently.
