We had been thinking about remodeling for years, we went through several companies and in the end we had a feeling and made our choice. we were nervous about the process—until we met Ido and the team at Together Design and Build. From the start, they were clear about expectations, pricing, and the timeline, which helped us feel confident moving forward.
They completely transformed our kitchen, adding custom cabinets, sleek countertops, and modern lighting that makes the space feel twice as big. The attention to detail was really impressive , down to the perfect tile alignment and high-quality finishes. We came back to Together Design & Build to remodel our bathrooms and bedrooms after remodeling our kitchen with them last year. Antonio is great in communicating the progress and guiding us through the process, as well as coordinating with changes in the process. He ensured the work to have best quality standards. When the unexpected winter storms at the beginning of year caused a couple of things to be off the schedule due to the weather conditions, Antonio coordinated to make sure everything is in good state for us to move back in and coordinated to get everything wrapped up quickly afterwards. Overall it was a pleasant experience and everything was done in superb quality.

We wanted to do a full renovation of our home, including the kitchen and three bathrooms. At first, we received several quotes and decided to go with another company that offered a lower price. Looking back, that mistake ended up costing us much more.
We had met Ido, and although his quote wasn’t the cheapest, I initially thought Together was too expensive. As much as I wanted to work with them, I chose the cheaper estimate with another contractor.
Their design process took forever (and it wasn’t even their own people), and I felt like they were just trying to rush me into picking materials from a showroom that wasn’t theirs. When the project started, they used low-quality materials to protect my home, and dust went up all over my house.
Workers came maybe two to three times a week with no clear schedule. After two months, I realized there was barely any progress. But the biggest red flag came when they brought in their electrician and plumber— I was left without electricity went out at 7 PM, and I noticed a gas smell in the house.
Then I knew it was time to call Ido. He came to the house with his electrician and plumber to inspect the work that had been done, and he immediately noticed how many issues would need fixing. I ended up firing the first team and hiring the person I should’ve hired in the first time. I had to pay more than the original estimate from Together, since now it was a riskier project—they had to reopen all the walls and essentially start from scratch.
I went through that nightmare trying to save $12,000 from the original quote… and ended up paying $21,000 more and wasting three extra months of construction in my home.
Ido showed up every day, was deeply committed, and brought an incredible team with him. Cliff, Justin, and Jose were amazing to work with. They covered everything properly, contacted city inspectors to make sure the previous contractor’s work was correctly repaired, and handled everything with care.
After comparing the two contractors, I now understand why some contractors charge more. Ido did an outstanding job for me and my family. In the end, I truly love my home—and I would recommend him to everyone to chose from the beginning the right contractor.
