I have employed The Chosen Handyman to great satisfaction. Refael Eizraelov is unusually knowledgeable about myriad things. Whether by instinct or by training, he notices things requiring attention, making him as good at detecting problems as he is at solving them. His work quality is outstanding. I recommend him most strongly for all jobs, large and small.
