- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our handyman services we charge by the hour with a 6 hour minimum. Hours are adjusted at the end of the project. Any materials purchased by us will be added at the end of the project and receipts can be provided. We typically charge $60/hour/person not including materials. We are also a full service general contractor completing full remodels including bathrooms, kitchens, and interior reconfigurations. This pricing varies based on the scope of work and site conditions. A site visit will be needed to put together an estimate for these types of projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do a site visit first to ensure the scope of work and answer any questions you may have. From there we will create an estimate. Upon approval of the estimate we will collect a deposit and schedule the project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have four full time employees who have varied skills across multiple areas. Our employees have years of experience in tile installation, carpentry, sheetrock work, flooring, and more. We also have licensed tradesmen for things like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. As a full service general contractor, we have subs that can do almost anything.
