I requested assistance around 11:30 AM today. Before I was able to put my phone, he responded to my requested and was able to do same day. Gave me a time frame and stuck with it. When he comes, he's prepared with his own tools, doesn't need my help until its time to actually mount the TV. He explained to me how mount works and its capabilities. He did an excellent from start to finish. Cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend for another job. Thank you very much!!

The service was great! MJ was very friendly, kept me up to date on his estimated arrival time, and completed the job within 20 minutes. He also took the time to explain the different options I had mounting my TV with the location of the thermostat and was able to give advice while completing the task to my liking.
