Xavier was responsive at first when we set up a call to discuss the project. He said he'd call me back with a quote, and I never heard anything. I tried calling him again, leaving a voicemail, and reaching out again via Thumbtack. It's been a week since he was supposed to get back to me and I've still gotten no reply.
