FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before providing a final price, I like to discuss the clients needs and vision. One size does not fit all in my opinion and I like to provide a fair price based off their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new client, I like to set expectations by having a conversation with them, either in-person or over the phone. I find it is much easier to get to know one another this way while I learn more about what they're looking for. It also allows me the opportunity to provide them an overview of my process. If a new client has found sample photos they'd like to share with me so I can see what they're looking for, I'm more than happy to review them. Once I have an idea of what the client is looking for, I can provide a better estimate of how long the shoot will take, when they'll receive their final images, and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Art Institute of Washington and have also taken a variety of specialty courses over the last 8 years or so.
