Before I started working with Corey through online coaching, I was not exercising enough and gaining weight due to a growing period away from collegiate athletics and a busier career. I knew that I would have to develop a more robust fitness and nutrition plan than one developed through a couple of online searches, which is why I turned to online coaching. During my initial call, Corey broke down his fitness and nutrition philosophy into principles clearly grounded in sustainability and longer-term habit formation. We started by focusing on a few of these fitness and nutrition principles, and as progress occurred, Corey introduced the full set so by the time we were 12 weeks in, I was consistently in the gym 3 days a week, easily tracking macros each day, and feeling much better about my physical health with strong ongoing habits. I’ve lost 12 pounds in 12 weeks and now have the tools and habits I need to continue meeting my goals going forward. Whereas fitness and nutrition were once wishful aspirations post-college, they're now embedded into my everyday life.

    In college, I would host free boot camps. It never occurred to me that I could make a career out of fitness, I was simply doing what I LOVE to do. 2 years later, I earned my CPT certification, and I’ve been training clients ever since!
