Not sure why I am only able to choose 3 but Tyler is all 5 of them and more! I have never trained with a personal trainer because I thought I knew how to workout and what I needed to eat because it's all over the Internet right? I was like shoot let me try for 3 months and see because he was training a friend of mine and she was seeing results. At first I felt fat, my self esteem and confidence was so low. Let me tell you Tyler is the real deal, his meal plans are bomb, his workouts push you beyond your limits and he always preaches eatgoodfeelgood and that is so true! After about 3 months of training I dropped 20 lbs and felt like a new person and my mentality about myself change and now I am not afraid to take off my shirt and show off! I am now in my 7 months and still keeping the body fat down but also building muscle! My muscles are starting to come in without me having to flex haha! He has not only helped me physically but also with my mental health. Trust me you will see results with Tyler's plans and it will change your life!

Started at 240 at 38%-42% body fat. After working with Tyler for 5 months we are now at 185 at 23% body fat. Definitely going to continue to work with him. He also has a unique but awesome training style. He incorporates stability, fast paced excersies that deliver results.
