Mike was a great guy to work with on the home inspection. He was on time, and professional. We have a new home that I wanted to pro to walk through. He was very thorough and included pictures with things that needed to be fixed. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.
Thanks again Mike for your work.

The timeliness of Mr. Huffman's inspection went very well. I also thought that the report was quite professional. I was not expecting a report as comprehensive as the one presented. Mr. Huffman saved me over 2k because the seller was asked to fix roof shingles that had been worn excessively due to poor tree maintenance. This problem was found during the inspection, so what's not to like about that!

Mike with CT Home Inspections has helped me purchase 2 homes. He's very knowledgeable, always shows up on time, and provides really helpful feedback! He identified necessary repairs that helped me in the negotiation process when I was purchasing my most recent home. He's very professional, I absolutely recommend him for your next home inspection!
