I did an 11 month home warranty inspection. I was able to get on their schedule the day after I called. Courtney told me I could follow him around during the inspection so he explained everything to me in person that he was finding. He was very thorough, friendly, and answered any questions I had and I received the inspection results the same day. He found some things that are really important to get fixed. I would definitely use them again in the future.
